What to write about
- A file that won't convert, or a result that looks wrong.
- A tool you'd like to see, or a format a tool doesn't take yet.
- Anything on the site that's unclear, broken or hard to use, including with a screen reader or keyboard.
- Questions about privacy, the terms or the ads.
If a file won't convert
These details help most:
- The tool's address, such as tuul.io/dav-to-mp4/.
- Your device and browser, such as "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome".
- The camera, recorder or app the file came from.
- The message in the file's row, word for word.
You don't need to send the file. If you'd like to, only send one you're happy to share: it's the one time a file of yours would leave your device, and that's your choice.
