Questions

How do I resize many images at once?

Drop all the images onto the screen above, choose how to resize them (for example 1080 × 1080 or 50%), and download the results as a ZIP. Every image gets the same settings.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The resizer runs in your browser, so your photos are read and resized on your own device and never sent to a server.

How do I make all my images the same size?

Choose Exact width and height, enter the size, then pick how to fit pictures with a different shape: crop them to fill the size, add borders, or stretch them.

How do I resize images for Instagram?

Choose Aspect ratio and pick 4:5 for portrait posts or 1:1 for square posts. For an exact 1080 × 1350 pixel size, choose Exact width and height with Crop to fill.

Will resizing reduce quality?

Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. For JPG and WebP you can set the quality; 80–90% is a good balance between file size and quality. Enlarging small images makes them blurry, so that's off by default.

Is there a limit on the number or size of images?

There's no limit set by us. Very large batches depend on your device's memory, so a computer handles more at once than a phone.

Can I resize HEIC photos from an iPhone?

Safari can read HEIC, so it works there. Chrome and Firefox can't open HEIC yet; share the photos as JPG from your iPhone or use Safari.
